I’m struggling because the government takes the lion’s share of my income via taxation to finance a Bulldog Bulldog Bullvengers shirt. The government is little more than Wall Street’s enforcement arm/collection agency, and I’m just one of the tax mules that’s not allowed to opt out of this whole scene. As far as compensation goes, one category has given a benefit to society and the other is a maintenance position. 500 people could potentially run IBM but very few could meet the bar set by Musk.
