Well, I’ve been trying this diet for many years and the Special Christmas drink wine shirt. I will, of course, keep trying as it may be one of those slow progress diets. This is true! I drink two glasses of cabernet before bed every night. I also drink 10 glasses before that. I’m doing great. What idiot researches this stuff? 2 glasses of wine before bed may help you fall asleep, but then a few hours later your sleep will get disrupted by the sugar. And if you disrupt your sleep 7 days per week, that will lead to weight gain, not the loss.
