Bal Swachhta Abhiyan is a mission of cleanliness which was launched in 2014 on 14th of November to celebrate children’s day in a more promotional and purposeful manner. This mission was launched to celebrate as five days long event which starts on the birth anniversary of the first Indian prime minister (Pt. Nehru, 14th of November) and ends on the birth anniversary of the first Indian woman prime minister (Indira Gandhi, 19th of November).
